Contract Type: Permanent We currently have an exciting opportunity for Teaching Assistant Level 3 SEN (Animal Care and Curriculum) to join our fantastic team at Pear Tree High School This is a Grade 5, permanent post working 35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 INSET days. The starting salary is £24,998 and the full time equivalent is £29,064. Main purpose of the job: You will also need to be self-motivated individual with a great deal of empathy and tact to build excellent interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders and able to work collaboratively, driving continuous improvement to support student success.
