St James’s is a member of the Bishop Fraser Trust, a C of E Multi Academy Trust established in 2017. This is an exciting time to join us as it provides a great opportunity to work closely with the other three schools in the MAT: Bury C of E High School, Canon Slade School and Bolton St Catherine’s Academy; sharing good practice and building on our ongoing progress.

• Has the ability and willingness to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

To work under the direction of the office manager to:

• To provide efficient administration support careers
• To provide efficient and effective administration support various departments within the school
• To provide efficient and effective support within the Pastoral Office
• To provide general administration support as required for other school priorities as defined by the office manager and head teacher

The post holder will work alongside the office manager and headteacher on organising the year 10 work experience programme.
