Hours-  37 per week

Salary - NJC Grade £38,220- £40,777 per annum

We are seeking a motivated individual to work as part of the Awards and Advice Team to assist with the delivery of the Government's Crisis and Resilience Fund up until 31/3/2029. The main focus of activity will be delivering and monitoring the internal activity of the Crisis and Resilience Fund internal plan alongside developing and planning innovative support mechanisms for the next 2 years to support residents to build longer-term resilience. 

The role will also involve working alongside the existing Advice Senior Team Manager, deputising and supporting with HR matters.  

You will be responsible for delivering on the internal action plan, which will involve working collaboratively with internal teams, partners, and community and voluntary organisations to ensure support reaches those most in need. High quality record keeping will be essential to ensure the Council meets all Government reporting requirements alongside analysing trends of existing and new initiatives to provide insight on demand, emerging needs and whether outcomes have been met.  

The successful candidate will need to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills and be knowledgeable about financial hardship and local support systems. 

  • A secondment to the post would be considered but any applicants must have received permission from their line manager in advance.
