Actual Salary: £24,488 - £26,564

We are seeking to appoint a permanent Teaching Assistant Level 3.

The suitable applicant will need to be confident to work anywhere across school and will need to have the following qualities:

• Be fully committed to our school and the TA3 role.
• Be driven, ambitious and want to do their best for the children of Elm Wood.
• Have a good understanding of teaching and learning.
• Be a good team player.
• Be willing to learn from others.
• Know how to support the learning of all children across the class.
• Be reflective and have a desire to keep on learning.
