We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing, Communications & Design Manager to join our fantastic team at MEA Central

MEA Central is seeking an ambitious, creative and driven Marketing, Communications & Design Manager to lead and deliver a dynamic, high-impact marketing and communications strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to shape the school’s brand, tell its story and engage a wide range of audiences – from prospective families to the wider community and media.

About the role:

Reporting to a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will take the lead in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for MEA Central.

You will play a pivotal role in promoting the school’s achievements, strengthening its reputation, and ensuring all communications are engaging, consistent and aligned with the Trust’s values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the school’s marketing strategy, delivering targeted campaigns across digital and print channels
  • Plan, create and manage high-quality content for the website, social media, newsletters and promotional materials
  • Design creative and visually compelling materials in line with the school’s branding (e.g. posters, newsletters, event materials)
  • Manage and grow the school’s social media presence, including content scheduling, engagement and performance tracking
  • Coordinate publicity and media relations to maximise local and national exposure of school achievements
  • Support and lead on marketing for school events, including open evenings and community initiatives
  • Develop effective internal and external communications for staff, students, parents and the wider community
  • Manage student imagery, including photoshoots, permissions and image archives
  • Build strong partnerships with the local community and stakeholders
  • Contribute to wider Trust marketing initiatives where required
