Teaching Assistant Level 2 + SNA

SALARY: Grade D (SCP Point 6- 11) £25,989 - £28,142 per pro rata (Actual Salary £19,547 - £21,167 per annum) + SEN Allowance £1539 pro rata
STATUS: Fixed Term to 31st August 2027
HOURS: 32.5 hours per week, 8.30 3.30pm, Term Time only
REQUIRED FROM: September 1st 2026

The Headteacher and Governors of this happy and successful school are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Level 2 teaching assistant to support a child in KS2 with additional SEND needs. Previous experience of working with children who have an Education, Health and Care Plan is essential to this role.

We are looking for a committed candidate who will be:

  • highly motivated and able to establish good working relationships with pupils and colleagues, acting as a role model
  • committed to working in partnership with parents
  • able to demonstrate knowledge, skills and experience of working with children with specific SEND needs
