The Governing Board is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to join our office team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality administration, supporting strong a strong office team.

We are a two-form entry school located on the outskirts of Littleborough, close to the beautiful Hollingworth Lake. The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to cultivate effective professional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Deliver highquality administration, in line with the specific needs of the organisation; attendance, record keeping, financial functions, planning and organisation of trips, clubs, dinners, wraparound care.
  • Monitor all internal and external communication streams; including telephone calls, emails and in app messages.
  • Be a self-starter, whilst working effectively as part if our dynamic office team.
  • Demonstrate a nurturing, caring approach that helps children feel safe, confident and valued.
