We are seeking a dedicated and caring Welfare Assistant (Lunchtime Organiser) to support our pupils during the busy lunchtime period. Summerville Primary is a vibrant, inclusive school community that celebrates diversity and encourages every child to achieve their personal best.

About the Role

This role plays an important part in ensuring our pupils have a safe, positive, and enjoyable lunchtime experience. You will be part of a supportive team who care deeply about pupil wellbeing and engagement.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Kind, patient and passionate about working with children
  • Able to build positive relationships and encourage good behaviour
  • Confident in supervising children in both indoor and outdoor settings
  • Attentive to pupils’ wellbeing, offering support where needed
  • Flexible, reliable and enthusiastic about joining our school team
