Class Teacher

Castle Hill Primary School is a ‘good’ school where children ‘achieve well in different curriculum subjects’ and their behaviour is ‘exemplary’ (Ofsted 2023). We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed EYFS class teacher to join our motivated and hard-working team from September 2026. It is a part-time position for three days a week (Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays) on a fixed term contract for one year. If you believe you have the necessary passion, drive and determination and are an outstanding classroom practitioner, we’d love to hear from you.

You will:

· Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour that inspire and challenge all children to progress and achieve highly

· Be creative and committed to making learning fun and engaging for all

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour

· Be willing to play a full part in the life of the school

· Work in partnership with parents, governors and the wider community for the good of our children

Pay Scale T1 (£32 916) T9 (£51 048) Pro-rata
