Business Operations Manager £46,142 £51,356 FTE | Part-time: 0.6 FTE (22.2 hours / 3 days per week) | Catalyst pay scales, equivalent to NJC Points 3540 Location: The Old Parsonage, Stenner Lane, Didsbury, Manchester M20 2RQ | Closing date: Thursday 16th July 2026 Why Catalyst? The Role As Business Operations Manager, you will be central to the smooth, efficient, and sustainable running of the organisation. Working closely with Directors and senior colleagues, you will lead core operational functions, enabling our team to deliver high-quality services.
