Why Catalyst?
Catalyst Psychology Community Interest Company (CIC) is a values-driven social enterprise established in 2011, delivering publicly funded educational psychology services across the City of Manchester. Our work is rooted in a deep commitment to social justice, inclusion, and meaningful change for children and families.

As a Community Interest Company, we are proud to operate differently. Every pound of profit is reinvested directly into the communities we serve. We have no shareholders, and our Directors volunteer their time, receiving no financial or in-kind benefits. This ensures that our focus remains entirely on delivering high-quality, impactful services.

· Leading and developing operational, HR and administrative systems and processes

· Overseeing financial administration, budgeting, and income streams

· Ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory, and quality standards

· Contributing to strategic planning and organisational development
