The role
We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to support the delivery of high-quality psychological services in schools, working under the supervision of an Educational Psychologist.

You’ll work directly with children, young people, and school staff delivering interventions, supporting wellbeing, and contributing to meaningful positive change.

Key responsibilities
Deliver individual and group interventions in schools
Support assessments, observations, and action planning
Contribute to evaluation, data collection, and reporting
Assist with training, research, and service development
Maintain high-quality records and work collaboratively with colleagues

You will have:
A psychology degree with eligibility for BPS GBC
Experience working with children or young people (ideally in schools)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Organised, reflective, and motivated to improve outcomes
