St James’ Catholic Primary School St James’ Road Orrell Wigan WN5 7AA Qualified Teacher Pay Scale Full Time Temporary to cover Maternity Required for September 2026 This is a fixed-term position to provide cover during a period of maternity leave and any subsequent shared parental leave. The appointment will continue until the substantive postholder returns to work, and therefore the end date cannot be specified in advance. Reasonable notice will be given of the end of the contract. The Governors of our successful, happy, high achieving school are seeking to appoint an effective, enthusiastic and committed teacher to work as part of our successful Team. This is an exciting position for an inspirational, innovative and driven teacher to work within our forward thinking school- the post is likely to be in KS2.
