Who We Are

At Windlehurst School, we don’t just teach; we connect, we understand, and we empower. We are a thriving secondary SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school dedicated to providing bespoke curriculum pathways for young people who need a different approach to education.

We are growing rapidly! With more pupils joining us and our curriculum expanding, we are building a dream team of passionate, resilient, and empathetic professionals. If you want a role where you can see the direct impact of your dedication every single day, we want to hear from you.

  • The Role: The engine room of our growth! Based predominantly at our Hawk Green site (with occasional support at our Millbrook site), you will manage day-to-day school finance processes alongside general administration, ensuring our expanding resources are utilised perfectly.
  • Ideal Candidate: Organised, sharp with numbers, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. School finance experience (e.g., FMS) is a major plus!

After reading further details within the Information Pack, you are invited to contact the Headteacher for an informal discussion regarding the requirements of the post or visit the school on Friday 10th July.

This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

The successful applicant’s appointment will be subject to satisfactory pre-employment clearances including a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
