L4 TA required to work across our 2 year old and 3 year old provision

Salary Grade: F SCP 17 to 23, £24,712 - £27,430 per annum (Actual)

Contract: Permanent, 35.25 hours per week, Term Time (Mon Thurs 8.00 3.45p.m Fri 2.30p.m finish).

Sunning Hill Primary School is looking to appoint a TA4 for our nursery setting. You will work across our two and three year old provision alongside our EYFS TLR and nursery class teacher. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of leading a small team and a nursery class
  • Will work to achieve the very best outcomes for our children
  • Is creative, flexible, energetic and hardworking
  • Will contribute to planning and administrative tasks
  • Understands and has experience of the assessment needs within the Early Years
  • Is able to communicate clearly and effectively with staff and parents
  • Understands and meets the needs of SEND children within a nursery setting
  • Has a high standard of written and spoken English

The essential criteria for this role includes:

Minimum NNEB or CACHE/NVQ Level 4 qualification in Childcare

Management experience in a nursery/school setting.

GCSE English & Maths at grade 5 or above.
