Senior Catering Assistant, Grade B, SCP 3-4

Required From: 01^st September 2026.

Working hours: 20 hours per week, Term Time Only.

Salary Grade B: Actual Salary £11,728 per annum

The Governors wish to appoint an experienced and efficient Senior Catering Assistant to work in our successful and popular multi-cultural school. Our catering provision is entering a new phase in September 2026, after many successful years outsourcing this via Bolton Council, the school has taken the decision to move this in house from September 2026.

The successful applicant will:

• Have previous experience within catering, ideally within a school setting
• Have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Have the ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be a proactive thinker and strong team player
