The Trustees at Victorious Academies Trust would like to appoint a Site Manager at Yew Tree Primary School, Dukinfield.

To start in September 2026

This role is a permanent contract at 36 hours per week split over two shifts.

Yew Tree Primary are seeking a professional individual who:

  • Has good working knowledge of facility management
  • Is hard working, flexible and proactive and will keep our school site safe and promote good housekeeping
  • Can use their own initiative and work independently
  • Has practical maintenance and DIY skills
  • Has good understanding or willing to undertake training in Health and Safety procedures as they relate to school premises, Fire Safety Law and COSHH regulations
  • Has the ability to carry out effective risk assessments
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Is able to liaise with external contractors and organise schedules of work
  • Has the ability to manage day to day cleaning staff.
