Aquinas is a thriving Catholic Sixth Form College in Stockport with over 2500 students. The college wishes to appoint to the following support staff post to start as soon as possible.

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for operational excellence and the ability to manage a team, as Human Resources Manager at Aquinas College.

You will take full operational ownership of our day-to-day HR processes, stepping in to manage the core personnel team and keep our transactional workflows moving smoothly. This is a crucial position where you will manage general employee relations casework, lead and manage our administrative workflows, and maintain our staff systems. By taking complete ownership of the daily operations, you will work closely with the Director of Personnel, to release their time to focus on long-term institutional culture, development, and board governance.

You will provide and manage a high quality and cost-effective HR provision for the whole college, ensuring absolute compliance with safer recruitment policies and promoting best practice, including the daily operational integrity of the Single Central Record (SCR) in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) frameworks.

The above appointment will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges Association support staff salary scale as specified.
