We are seeking an exceptional Maths with Science Lead to join our growing team and help shape an ambitious, inclusive curriculum for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs across Key Stages 24. About the Role As our Maths with Science Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for mathematics and science across the school, ensuring that every pupil experiences engaging, purposeful and appropriately challenging learning. You will play a key role in developing and delivering our innovative curriculum across our three learning pathways: Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will champion high-quality teaching, support colleagues through coaching and professional development, and ensure that our curriculum enables every learner to achieve success, regardless of their starting point. Our approach is firmly rooted in trauma-informed practice and the PACE principles of Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy, creating safe, nurturing environments where pupils can flourish.
