Are you an organised, professional and approachable administrator looking to make a difference in a busy school environment?

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis for one year. This role will provide additional capacity within our school office, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school while delivering a high standard of administrative and reception support.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting a range of essential administrative workstreams, including pupil data management, school dinners and free school meals administration, transport and taxi arrangements, attendance processes, recruitment support, parent communication, and exclusion paperwork. You will also provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for visitors, parents and external agencies.

  • Is confident using ICT systems and maintaining accurate records.

  • Works effectively as part of a team and is committed to supporting pupils, families and colleagues.
