About the Role You will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, promoting their learning, wellbeing and independence. Working under the guidance of teaching staff, you will provide classroom support, assist with learning activities, help prepare resources, and contribute to the effective management of pupil behaviour and wellbeing. You will play an important role in building positive relationships with pupils, supporting their individual needs, and helping to ensure they feel safe, valued and encouraged to succeed.
