About the Role

The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, inspirational and innovative Early Years Lead and Class Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional practitioner with a passion for Early Years education and the ambition to lead and inspire others in delivering the very best outcomes for our youngest learners.

About you

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of high-quality teaching and learning in the Early Years.
  • Lead and develop our Early Years provision with vision, creativity and enthusiasm.
  • Have consistently high expectations and aspirations for every child.
  • Inspire a love of learning through an engaging, stimulating and child-centred curriculum.
  • Use effective assessment to identify next steps, accelerate progress and ensure all children achieve their best.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively as part of our dedicated staff team while supporting and developing others.
  • Be committed to continuous professional development and school improvement.
