The Wings’ CE Trust Based at: St Mark’s CE Primary School Alexandra Street Newtown Wigan WN5 9DS Salary: Grade 6, £21,316 - £23,522 per annum. 32 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year Required for as soon as possible - subject to satisfactory references and checks. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HLTA to join our friendly and caring Christian school. This role will involve you working in classes throughout school: supporting teaching and learning in classes planning and preparing lessons when the class teacher is not available delivering support to small groups to help improve outcomes for pupils. This role would also suit a graduate who is considering undertaking a teaching qualification in the future. The Purpose of the role: To deliver academic interventions. Supporting the class teacher. Working with children in small groups. To cover classes when the teacher is unavailable.
