Duties include:

  • Working on a front of house reception
  • Answering and transferring calls
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Efficiently dealing with visitors
  • General administration

Skills Required:

  • Previous reception experience is essential for this role
  • Good communication skills is essential

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 11.30am to 3.00pm

Lancasterian are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to work on a busy reception desk on a temporary contract, 18 hours per week, (term time only).
 
This role requires a dynamic candidate who can work in a fast paced environment.

Lancasterian School is a special school for pupils with a range of learning disability and other associated needs e.g physical disability, complex medical needs, sensory impairments, ASD, complex speech and language difficulties requiring augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

 There are currently 192 pupils that attend from EYFS to16yrs.
