Working Hours: Full Time, 35 Hours per week. 8:30am until 4:00pm, Monday to Friday with half hour unpaid lunch

Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Salary: Grade 4, Pts 7-11 (£26,403 to £28,142 FTE) To be pro-rata'd for term time only working
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic practitioner to join our committed team.
Primary Purpose: To bridge the gap between clinical SLT advice and daily classroom practice.
Specialist Delivery: Implement daily high-intensity speech, language, and communication interventions. Ensuring best practice occurs in classrooms daily.
Assessment: Conduct screenings and use quantitative and quality data to identify pupils requiring additional support..
Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Speech and Language Therapists, translating their reports into classroom strategies.
