We are looking to recruit an experienced Social Worker to our Deputy Manager role. The suitable candidate must have strong leadership qualities, be an excellent team player and have a clear understanding of multi disciplinary working. They must display a passion and vision for Older Adult Mental Health Services and know and demonstrate the value of a strong supervision framework, safeguarding knowledge and understanding of policy and procedure in mental health. The successful candidate will work with the Team Manager to ensure local policy and targets are achieved. The ability to strategically plan is also a vital component.
