About the Role We are seeking to appoint a reliable, hardworking and committed Cleaner to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is an important role within our school. You will help ensure that our environment reflects our mission by creating a clean, safe and welcoming space where children can love, learn and grow with confidence. Key Responsibilities Cleaning designated areas including classrooms, corridors, offices and toilets Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and dusting surfaces Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately Cleaning and replenishing washroom supplies Reporting maintenance issues or hazards Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively Following all Health & Safety and safeguarding procedures The Successful Candidate Will: Take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy Work well both independently and as part of a team Be supportive of the Catholic ethos and mission of the school Contribute positively to our strong sense of community Our school can offer you: Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
