As Head of Early Education, you will provide inspirational leadership for our early education and childcare provision, ensuring every child experiences high-quality learning, nurturing relationships and exceptional care.
You will be a visible and influential leader, driving excellence in practice, developing staff, strengthening partnerships with families and ensuring our provision consistently exceeds statutory expectations.
This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership and who is passionate about improving outcomes for children, particularly those facing disadvantage and additional challenges.
