About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new IT Support Technician within the Digital department at Salford City College. You will be based at our FutureSkills centre for Creative and Digital excellence. Duties will include providing technical support and maintaining the IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and specialist digital resources required to support the delivery of T Level and BTEC programmes. The postholder will work closely with teaching staff, students, and external industry partners to ensure reliable access to technology, digital learning platforms, and industry-standard software used within T Level and BTEC pathways.
