We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys building positive relationships and takes pride in ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. - is friendly, approachable and professional
- has excellent administration and organisational skills
- communicates confidently with parents, staff and visitors
- enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- is confident using IT systems and willing to learn new ones
- has excellent attention to detail
- can maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- shares our commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of every child.
In return, we offer:
- the opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the school's journey
- a welcoming, supportive and ambitious staff team
- children who make us proud every single day
- opportunities for professional development through Cranmer Education Trust
- a school where relationships, kindness and high expectations sit at the heart of everything we do.
Working for Rhodes Green means that you would be part of the Cranmer Education Trust, a successful, growing Trust which prides itself on looking after its people, offering a high level of support and access to expertise.
