Salary: NJC Grade F SCP 19-24 £32,061 - £35,412 per annum

We have an interesting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to work as a Case Assessor in a local community setting within Adult Social Care.

The role involves meeting individuals who require support and advice about services available to help people to maximise their independence by signposting, giving advice and practical assistance.

It also involves working with other professionals (Health and Social Care) and with other services.

You will receive professional supervision and be working in a team of motivated, dedicated and friendly colleagues.
