Following the retirement of a highly respected and long-serving leader, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Service Manager to lead within our Social Work Services. Reporting to the Head of Adult Social Care– Community and Hospital, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership. Leading Team Managers you will drive service improvement, support workforce development, oversee performance and quality and work collaboratively with key system partners across the Fylde Coast. We are looking for a Social Work England registered professional who is passionate about improvement, thrives in complex environments and brings a positive, can-do approach to leadership and change.
