Are you passionate about developing people and creating learning cultures where professionals can thrive? We’re looking for an experienced Learning and Development Lead to play a pivotal role in strengthening and developing our Children’s Social Care workforce.

In this influential role, you’ll lead the planning, design and delivery of high-quality learning and development opportunities, ensuring staff have the skills, knowledge and support they need to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. From identifying training needs and managing budgets to developing innovative learning solutions and shaping workforce strategy, your impact will be felt across the service.

You’ll work closely with practitioners, managers and partners to align workforce development with organisational priorities, support the creation of a Social Work Learning and Development Academy, and champion a restorative culture of continuous improvement.
