St Teresa of Calcutta Academy Trust Central Team are currently seeking a Cross-functional Lead: Safeguarding, SEND & Investigations. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust. This role will provide targeted, specialist operational capacity, supporting the Governance team in Safeguarding, SEND cases, and Investigations, that are complex and to manage risk. The role will also support continuous improvement across both the Performance and Governance functions within the Trust.
