At Rochdale Development Agency, we believe that thriving places don’t just happen by chance. They are created through vision, collaboration and the ambition of people committed to making a lasting difference. We are passionate about creating opportunity, attracting investment and driving sustainable economic growth across the borough of Rochdale.

Working in partnership with businesses, investors, public sector organisations and local communities, our purpose is to create a place where people, organisations and enterprise can thrive. Every project we deliver, every partnership we build and every initiative we lead, contributes to a stronger economy, vibrant communities and a borough where businesses can prosper and people can fulfil their potential.

As Programme Manager, Town Centres, you will lead the delivery of some of Rochdale’s most ambitious regeneration programmes. This fixed-term maternity cover provides an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact, lead a talented team of Project Managers and oversee a diverse portfolio of investment and regeneration projects.

Working collaboratively with Rochdale Borough Council, developers, investors and a wide range of stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in transforming places, securing investment and delivering projects that create lasting economic and social value.

As an experienced and strategic leader, you will have a strong track record in regeneration, programme management and partnership working. You will be someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, have the ability to build trusted relationships and inspire others to deliver exceptional outcomes.
