As an ambitious and driven Senior Project Officer, you will play a key role in delivering transformative regeneration projects that will shape the future of Rochdale. Working across a diverse portfolio of initiatives, including residential development, new employment space, public realm improvements and refurbishment programmes, you will lead projects from inception through to successful delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest of standards. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with public and private sector partners, including developers, Homes England, TfGM and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, helping to unlock investment, manage complex projects and deliver meaningful change for communities.
