Aquinas is a thriving Catholic Sixth Form College in Stockport with over 2500 students. The college wishes to appoint to the following support staff post to start as soon as possible:

Facilities / Estates Assistant: Permanent (37 hours per week, full year)
Salary: £25,951 per annum (pay award pending)
We are seeking to appoint a Facilities Assistant to support the high-quality, efficient operation and maintenance of our college site.

Opportunity for Team Leader Progression: there is potential for a suitable candidate to be appointed directly as Facilities Team Leader.

If you wish to be considered for the Team Leader role, please explicitly state this in your application and address the Team Leader Person Specification in your supporting statement.
Team Leader Salary: £27,333 £29,544 per annum, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience (pay award pending).

The above appointments will be made on the Sixth Form Colleges Association support staff salary scale as specified.
