We believe that every member of staff plays an important role in helping our schools thrive, and we promote collaboration and partnership working at every opportunity.

We are seeking to appoint a positive, organised and self-motivated Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team at Propps Hall Primary School. As the first point of contact for many visitors, families and professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office while providing an efficient, welcoming and professional service to the whole school community.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is well organised, efficient and able to manage a varied workload.
  • Has experience of working in an administrative role and is confident using a range of ICT systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Is friendly, approachable and committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, staff and visitors.
  • Is flexible, proactive and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Has high standards of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Is committed to supporting the values and ethos of The Ivory Federation.

As a school we can offer you:

  • The opportunity to work within a successful and forward-thinking federation.
  • A caring, supportive and experienced staff team who work collaboratively across our schools.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic children who are eager to learn.
  • A well-supported role with opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills.
  • A commitment to your professional development and wellbeing.
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of our children and families.
  • Experience of working in a school office would be an advantage, although applications are welcomed from candidates with strong administrative experience gained in other settings.

If you feel you have the skills, enthusiasm and commitment to make a positive contribution to our school community, we would be delighted to receive your application.
