We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and compassionate Scheme Manager to lead our Leaning Disability and Behavioural Support Service, delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with complex needs, including those who may present with behavior's of concern, forensic histories, mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, or other vulnerabilities.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who combines strong operational management skills with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable adults. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional care, supporting people with complex forensic and behavioural needs, and empowering staff to achieve excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established manager with significant experience in regulated care services who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes, promoting independence, reducing risk, and supporting individuals to lead fulfilling lives within their communities.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, staff development, and financial management of a specialist building-based service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and innovative support.
