Contract Type: Permanent Contract Hours: 37 per week Salary: Grade H5 SCP 47-52 £59,023 - £64,660 per annum Closing Date: 24th August 2026 at 23:59pm This is an exciting opportunity to join Blackpool Council ASC leadership team as a Service Manager to provide strong leadership and management to the adult social care mental health teams and lead the AMHP service. The post holder will be based across different sites including the Gateway & Shorelands and needs to be visible and accessible to staff, managers and system partners. The service manager will have experience of managing ASC mental health services in a community setting, working in co-located settings with mental health partners and be ready to embrace transformation across both ASC and mental health services. You will support the Head of Service in achieving the organisations vision and outcome and in ensuring that ASC MH services meet their statutory responsibilities and be accountable for performance, compliance and quality assured services.
