We are strengthening leadership, embedding strengths-based and trauma-informed practice and creating services that enable people to live well, independently and safely in their own homes. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Team Manager to lead within our Social Work Neighbourhood Services.

Reporting to the Service Manager you will provide operational management and leadership. Leading Social Workers and Social Care Professionals you will provide supervision, and guidance to the team and support to safeguard people and carers in Blackpool. You will support workforce development, performance and quality, and work collaboratively with key system partners across the Fylde Coast.

 You will receive regular and supportive supervision, access to training opportunities, flexible and hybrid working subject to service need.  We are looking for a Social Work England registered professional who is passionate about improvement, thrives in complex environments and brings a positive, can-do approach to change.
