Contract Hours: 37 per week

Salary: NJC Grade E SCP 12-17 £28,598 - £31,022 per annum

The Housing Options Service delivers a wide variety of services to some of the most vulnerable residents of Blackpool. You will support a households within the Blackpool area to sustain their tenancies by. Your role will be to maximise their independence and minimise the risk of tenancy breakdown. 

By working alongside other support agencies, you will be able to provide a holistic wrap around, support service, to individuals and families to ensure that all support needs are met, which will in turn, enable individuals to manage their own tenancies, and be less likely to become homeless or at risk of homelessness. 

We are therefore looking for someone with experience of delivering front line services to homeless and/or vulnerable households, including those with chaotic lifestyles and complex issues. 

You should also have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and have experience of working within a multi-agency setting. Ideally you will also have a flexible, resilient and practical approach and be able to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
