This is a rewarding role at the heart of our school, working closely with children and families to provide early intervention, improve attendance, coordinate Early Help support and remove barriers to learning. Through evidence-based interventions and strong partnerships with families and external agencies, you will help mitigate the impact of disadvantage and ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive. We are looking for someone who is approachable, empathetic and skilled in engaging families from diverse backgrounds.
