Teaching Assistant Level 2 (Nursery)

TA2 for Nursery - Required from 21st September 2026

Term of contract: Permanent

31.50 hours per week, term time only Grade D SCP 6-11 - £18,500 - £20,033

The Governors of this popular school are looking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and talented teaching assistant, to join our dedicated nursery staff team. Please make any specific strengths and interests clear in your application.

The applicant must have a minimum Level 2 qualification in childcare and experience of working within an EYFS setting.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Establish good relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
• Model high standards of spoken and written English to enable effective communication.
• Be a team player with the ability to further develop our strong school ethos
• Hold GCSE Mathematics and English qualification Grades A-C or 9-4 or the equivalent
