Salary:

Grade 4; pt 7-11, currently £25,584 to £27,268 FTE (Actual Salary £21,478 to £22,892)

Grade; 5 pt 12-17 £27,711to £28,770 FTE (Actual Salary £23,263 to £25,235)

We are seeking to appoint a TA L3 to support teaching and learning across school and work alongside staff to support families. Initial deployment will be within KS2 but support may be needed elsewhere at discretion of the Senior Team.


As a TA L3 you will compliment teachers’ delivery of the curriculum working in a variety of roles: some supporting individuals or small groups with SEND; delivering and leading interventions and supporting learning of groups within a classroom setting and also ad hoc cover in teacher absence delivering pre planned lessons to the class.


Fantastic CPD opportunities are available within the school and the Trust.

  • Has high expectations of themselves and the team and children they work with.
  • Knowledgeable about how children learn across the full primary age range.
  • Can deliver whole class and group teaching sessions to a high standard.
  • Is creative and can produce high quality displays.
  • Patient, nurturing and positive, able to build relations built on trust and respect.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to support colleagues, children and families
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
  • Able to work in partnership with colleagues, parents and outside agencies to secure the best outcomes for our children and families
