Hours: 35 hours per week Term time hours: 6.30am – 10am and 2.45pm – 6.15pm School holiday hours: 7.30am – 3pm Some flexibility with the times stated above may be considered
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: Grade 5 – Scale Points 13 to 19 (£29,064 - £32,061)


We are seeking to appoint an experienced and committed Site Manager for Crosslee Community PrimarySchool.Crosslee is part of the CLIC Co-operative Trust with 6 other primary schools (all based in GreaterManchester).

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Work as part of the team and contribute to the achievement of its objectives, supporting the school in ensuring a suitable and safe environment
  • Be proactive to identify hazards and complete tasks in line with safe working practices and health and safety regulations
  • Manage the premises team to deliver high-quality service by monitoring performance and standards
  • Share their expertise and full working knowledge of relevant legislation and health and safety procedures
  • Manage, maintain, monitor and evidence safe, effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the site including record keeping and the completion of compliance tasks
