The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and to help design and deliver impactful learning that supports employee growth and organisational success. You’ll play a key role in shaping development initiatives that build capability across the workforce.

As a Learning and Development Officer, you will:

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new colleagues: Assist with recruitment tasks, and with all work that ensures effective recruitment, induction, and ongoing training.

  • Drive continuous improvement: Review and suggest enhancements to our learning and development processes, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery.

  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with your manager and team to deliver an excellent and professional service to all our stakeholders.

  • Excel as a team player: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, manage your time efficiently, and proactively develop your digital and administrative capabilities.
