This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop their leadership, operational, and service improvement skills within a busy and rewarding Adult Social Care environment. As a Senior Business Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality business support services. You will support managers and teams across Business Support (covering duties with Social Care Purchasing, Social Care Benefits Team, Business Support Finance, Quality Assurance and Direct Payments. You will help to maintain effective administrative processes, achieve performance targets, and deliver excellent customer service.
