  • Contribute to the Federation's longer-term estate planning and premises development.
  • Help ensure our specialist provision and facilities continue to meet the needs of our pupils.
  • Respond confidently and effectively to emergencies and urgent premises issues.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in premises, facilities or site management and understands the importance of maintaining safe, compliant and welcoming environments.
  • Is an organised, proactive and solution-focused professional who can confidently manage competing priorities across several sites.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is able to build positive relationships with school leaders, staff, contractors and external agencies.

  • Applicants must hold a valid licence (such as a standard UK Category B licence) and need access to their own insured vehicle.
  • An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification would be essential, as would Asbestos and Legionella awareness qualifications. We are also happy to consider candidates who are willing to undertake appropriate professional development.
