Previous applicants need not re-apply. £29,542 - £31,808 plus SNA Allowance TA4 Vocational Training Officer Hair & Beauty We are seeking to appoint a person with vision and energy to develop and deliver Hair & Beauty to KS4 students at The Clifton Centre. There is a well-equipped Hair & Beauty Salon in which to work. The aim is to provide students with a range of learning activities in Hair & Beauty, to inspire and promote this Vocational subject within the school curriculum as well as give students experience of the workplace and Hair & Beauty related career paths. Hair & Beauty is an option within our Vocational curriculum and classes are small, typically no more than 8 students. It is essential that you hold a full driving licence with business use as at times we might require you to work at our other local sites. You will work within the school’s behaviour policies and expectations and strengthen links with families and other agencies to support the students who come from across the borough of Salford. Successful candidates will: The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that children make rapid progress in a supportive and caring environment. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required.
