The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and other members of our support team to provide high-quality support that enables all pupils to engage positively with school life and make excellent progress.

  • Is a high-quality practitioner who is passionate about improving outcomes for children.
  • Works effectively and positively as part of a team and is able to build strong professional relationships with colleagues, pupils and families.
  • Is flexible, well organised and proactive, with the ability to respond positively to the changing needs of pupils and the school.
  • Is enthusiastic about outdoor learning and keen to support children in developing their confidence and skills beyond the classroom.
  • Can provide effective one-to-one and small-group support, adapting activities and approaches to meet individual needs.
  • Can support teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Is committed to creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
